• Uncompromised Hygiene: Built using components consistent with EHEDG-certified standards to safeguard your sanitary processing lines.
• Simplified Maintenance: Designed for quick servicing to minimize plant downtime, particularly efficient in flanged configurations.
• Space-Saving Construction: Compact and economical footprint allows for seamless inline mounting within tight piping layouts.
• Versatile Control Options: Easily adaptable for both automated remote systems and hands-on manual operation.
How does the butterfly valve work
Our butterfly valves offer flexible operational modes to seamlessly integrate into your facility’s workflow. They can be actuated remotely using pneumatic systems or controlled manually via specialized handles.
• Pneumatic Operation: Available in three standard configurations—normally closed (NC), normally open (NO), and air/air activated (A/A). An internal mechanism converts axial piston motion into a precise 90-degree shaft rotation. As the valve disc engages with the seal ring, the actuator torque intelligently increases to secure a tight, dependable closure of the valve seat.
• Manual Operation: Fitted with robust handles that mechanically lock the valve into place. We offer a selection of two-position, four-position, regulating 90-degree position, and multi-position handles. For enhanced monitoring, manual valves can also be outfitted with indication units to provide clear, real-time feedback on open and closed positions.
